The Limited (or Partial) Nuclear Test Ban Treaty of 1963 was a trilateral agreement negotiated by the US, the USSR, and the UK. The treaty prohibited the testing of nuclear devices in the atmosphere, in outer space, and under water, but still allowed nuclear testing to continue underground with certain restrictions.
