Keller, Marco. Kahlschlag: Der Kampf um Brasiliens letzte Wälder. Rio de Janero: Coreoperation, 2011. HD, 82 min. https://youtu.be/COe1ZQtGlFg.

The Brazilian primeval forest is the scene of a human tragedy. This unique ecosystem, which is essential to us all, is being destroyed day by day by lumbermen, soy farmers, corn growers and cattle breeders. But first of all well-funded foreign conglomerates are responsible for the daily ruthless exploitation of the rainforest and its animals and people. Kahlschlag shows how natives see themselves confronted with losing their livelihoods. Marginalized and to a large extent deprived of their culture, they try to save a last piece of their identity.
