Earth First! Fist, Volume Two

Foreman, Dave, et al., eds., Earth First! 2, no. 7 (1 August 1982). Republished by the Environment & Society Portal, Multimedia Library. http://www.environmentandsociety.org/node/6834.

In this issue of Earth First!, Peter Dustrud steps down as editor of EF!, effectively leaving the Earth First! movement. Dustrud no longer feels comfortable being part of the EF! as he does not approve of the direction it is heading. Dave Foreman takes the editorial reins and drops “newsletter” from the publication’s name, calling it simply EARTH FIRST!

We claim EF! to be a non-organization, a group without hierarchy, a movement.
